of Donors and Clients within Philanthropy”

Understanding the lack of capacity/undue influence/duress challenges to charitable gifts or bequests.  The speaker would discuss lifetime planning precautions and post-death probate court proceedings from both the charity’s and the non-charitable beneficiary’s perspectives.  Case studies will be discussed and welcomed.
